agree to use GCE’s Express Courier Service. With the credit that GCE offers us, we will make payment for the service GCE provides at the terms and conditions set forth on the reverse side of GCE’s Air Waybill with no further exceptions. In case of loss, shortage, damage, delay or any problems with destination customs, the claims may be made in the appropriate way and it will not be in effect to service payment.
