AIR WAYBILL	It must be filled out to give sender and recipient’s information to assure delivery.
CUSTOMS S.E.D.	Customs Declaration form “Shipper’s Export Declaration” must be filled out for shipment with value over USD2,500.
COMMERCIAL INVOICE	For any commercial shipments (Samples or Merchandises), Commercial Invoice must be attached to AWB and goes with shipment. Packing List is also required for commercial shipments.
M.S.D.S.	Hazardous Goods are prohibited for Express Courier Shipments. For some non-hazardous substances, “Material Safety Data Sheet” (MSDS) is required to be provided.
